These Terms govern your use of the Evidqo services provided by Evidqo, Inc., a Delaware corporation. By using Evidqo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service
Evidqo provides evaluation, tracing, and CI reliability tools for AI agents. Features vary by tier (Free vs Pro).
Acceptable use
- Do not abuse the API, attempt unauthorized access, or probe other customers’ projects.
- Do not use the service for illegal content or to process data without proper authorization.
- Keep API keys confidential. You are responsible for activity under your keys.
Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via PayPal. Cancel anytime from your PayPal account. Refunds are handled per PayPal policy.
Availability
We strive for high availability but provide the service “as is” without uptime guarantees on the Free tier. See Security for our practices.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evidqo, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
